Description
I don’t drink wine but I do like to cook with it so when I had some fresh blackberries and blueberries, I knew I wanted to do something special with them.
I add a couple big glugs of Pinot Noir and just a pinch of Vietnamese cinnamon (from Penzy’s Spices) to create the juiciest and richest spread possible. It’s my favorite!
Ingredients: blackberries, blueberries, sugar, Pinot Noir, pectin and cinnamon
